fontomri is a personal lab project to cast information about functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) research using semantic web technologies.

fontomri is needed because information about fMRI experiments are stored in many disparate formats; there is no standard ontology for the description of fMRI data. To facilitate sharing of data, and for computer-mediated meta-analyses of data, a shared ontology is needed and fontomri is an attempt to address that need.

As a personal lab project I am only able to work on it during lulls at work, but it is still under active development.
