2003 - 2004

fontomri was a personal project in the Kanwisher Lab to cast information about functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) research using semantic web technologies.

fontomri is needed because information about fMRI experiments are stored in many disparate formats; there is no standard ontology for the description of fMRI data. To facilitate sharing of data, and for computer-mediated meta-analyses of data, a shared ontology is needed and fontomri is an attempt to address that need.
fontomri is no longer under development, but still contact me if you have questions.
